The Gym @ Aldridge is located right in the centre of Aldridge shopping centre, upstairs behind Home Bargains. We are a family owned traditional gym, fully equipped with loose weights, machines and cardio treadmills, exercise bikes & steppers to cover every angle of your fitness plan.
Whether its your first time joining a gym or your a regular at keep fit, we have everything you need. The gym attracts all kinds of people because of our fun, friendly atmosphere.

 

The gym currently has a great mix of members of all age groups ranging from 16 to 75

16 year olds can only train when gym is staffed -Monday till Friday-8am till 8pm

Saturday-8am till 2pm.  Sunday-8am till 2pm 

We are proud that more ladies & couples are joining our gym.

Owned & run by Neil O' Grady, who is more than happy to offer introductory guidance if it's your first time training, or structure personal training to suit your needs.

We Are a ONLY MEMBERS gym

only £25 per month for Ladies

and £30 per month for Men

there are no joining fees or contracts.

Free parking is available 

for up to 3 hours
